If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, your order will not be placed. In this case, please check your payment details or contact your bank or payment provider.

6. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, for example following an approved return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
