At Eleanor & Henry London, we are committed to being transparent about how we use cookies on eleanorhenrylondon.com. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which types of cookies we use and how you can manage your preferences.

  1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, remember your preferences, improve performance and support features such as the shopping basket and checkout.

  1. Which Cookies Do We Use?

We may use the following types of cookies on our website:

Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for our website to function properly. They support core features such as navigation, the shopping basket, checkout, account login and security. Our website cannot work without them.

Analytical cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited and how visitors navigate through the site. This helps us improve our website and your overall shopping experience.

Marketing cookies
These cookies may be used to understand your browsing behaviour and show you more relevant advertising, both on our website and on other platforms. They also help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing campaigns.

  1. Shopify Cookies

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies to support store functionality, checkout, payments, security and analytics. For more information, please see the Shopify Cookie Policy.

  1. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies may be placed by third-party services that we use to operate our website, process payments, analyse website activity or support our advertising and marketing efforts. These third parties process information in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies.

  1. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

Where required by law, you will be given the option to accept, decline or manage non-essential cookies when you first visit our website.

You can also manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website and prevent some features, such as checkout, from working as intended.

  1. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use, our business practices or applicable law. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
